Help when your vehicle lets you down
Breakdowns rarely happen at a good time, and that's exactly why we stay ready day and night. We provide breakdown recovery for cars and vans, along with roadside help and vehicle transport when your vehicle can't go any further. We give you one number to call when you're stuck at home, stranded before work, or left waiting on the roadside.
We've been helping drivers since 2011, and we know that quick action and clear advice matter most when you're under pressure. Our fully insured service means your vehicle is handled with care from pickup to drop-off. Our team at NPV Autos keeps the process straightforward, so you can focus on getting yourself safely back on track.
A proper response, not guesswork
Our recovery setup includes multiple trucks, which helps us respond across the area without relying on a one-vehicle schedule. That matters when your van won't start before a job or your car gives up halfway through the school run. We can recover your vehicle from your driveway, the roadside, or further afield if you've been caught out away from home. Because we also run a garage in Pontypool, we can often help you plan the next step once your vehicle is recovered. Drivers across South Wales often tell us they value the calm, honest way we handle a stressful situation.
We stay available around the clock
Vehicle trouble doesn't wait for office hours. We answer the phone any time, so you can get help when you actually need it.
We have the vehicles to respond
Multiple trucks give us the capacity to handle more than one urgent job at once. That helps reduce waiting and keeps things moving.
We can support the next step too
Recovery is only part of the picture when a vehicle has failed. Our garage service gives you a clear route to checks and repairs after collection.
